2. Eligibility. To be eligible to win, you must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and a legal, permanent resident of the U.S. and North Carolina. The contest is open only to residents in the WRAL-TV viewing area who are 18 years of age as of Jan. 17, 2011, and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable federal or state laws and regulations. The WRAL-TV viewing area is defined as Nielsen’s Raleigh-Durham Designated Market Area. Employees of WRALSportsFan.com, WRAL-TV, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) are not eligible.

3. How To Enter. You may enter by completing the online entry form, which includes name, address, email address, photo upload and other information. Entrants must be the registered subscriber of the email account from which the entry is made. You may enter once during the sweepstakes period. Multiple entries received from any person or email address will void all such additional entries. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Neither WRALSportsFan.com nor its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees are responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, errors in any promotional or marketing materials, errors in these rules, for any human or electronic error, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late or damaged. All entries become the property of WRALSportsFan.com, and will not be acknowledged or returned. All online entries must be received before 5 p.m. ET on Jan. 21, 2011, to be eligible for the drawing. By checking the relevant box or selection in the registration form, entrants agree that WRAL.com may contact the entrant via email with information special content or features. If you do not wish to receive these materials do not check the relevant box in the entry form. If at any time, you do not wish to receive these materials in the future, please use the unsubscribe procedures contained in the email message.

4. Selection of Winner, Prize & Odds of Winning. One (1) winner will be selected based on their contest entry receiving the most votes from WRALSportsFan.com visitors from all eligible entries during the contest period. Voting will be open from 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 21, until noon ET Wednesday, Jan. 26,2011. The winner will be notified based upon the contact information submitted on the entry, by email or telephone. The winner will receive two (2) tickets to each of the following events: the 2011 NHL All-Star Game; the NHL Skills Competition; the Saturday VIP Party at the Raleigh Convention Center; the Sunday VIP Party at Carter Finley Stadium; Fan Fair at the Raleigh Convention Center; All-Star Wide Open VIP tent. The estimated value of the prize package is $1,240. Terms and conditions of game tickets apply. Winner will not be given selection as to seat location. No transfer, refund, cash substitution or replacement of prize permitted, except that WRAL.SportsFan.com/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Any portion of the prize not accepted or unclaimed and/or unused by the winner will be forfeited and will not be substituted. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5.Prize Redemption/Claim/Releases: The winner must claim the prize at the front desk of WRAL-TV, 2619 Western Blvd., Raleigh, NC during regular business hours or prize may be forfeited. A valid photo ID must be presented, and the winner must complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, or the prize will be forfeited and alternate winner may be selected. The winner will be required to complete, sign and return WRAL-TV an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within 24 hours of notification. If any prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and WRALSportsFan.com will determine, in its sole discretion, if an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Prize may be considered income and taxes on said prize is solely the responsibility of the winners. Compliance with all regulations is the responsibility of the winner. The prize will be forfeited if not claimed by 5:00pm on 1/28/11. By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release WRALSportsFan.com/WRAL-TV/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc., its sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies and NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., the National Hockey League, its member clubs, NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents successors and assigns (collectively, the “NHL Entities”) from any and all liability for claims, actions or proceedings for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for or participating in any contest-related or prize-related activity and for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Except where prohibited, by playing the contest, or by winning, participants have awarded WRALSportsFan.com/WRAL-TV/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc., the right to publicize and/or broadcast their name, photograph or likeness, voice and details without additional compensation and have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules. The winner's name and city of residence will be emailed to those who request it.

WRALSportsFan.com and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees are not responsible for problems associated with television transmission, radio transmission, cable transmission, satellite transmission, phone lines, Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, or other Internet interruptions or malfunctions or for any technical or other difficulties which may prohibit, prevent, or interfere with the transmission of television or radio signals to all or limited geographic areas during the playing of the Contest or which may interfere with a participant's ability to login or register or submit an entry online, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God that are beyond the control of WRALSporstFan.com/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. 7.Internet. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, and unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of WRALSportsFan.com which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity of the game or sweepstakes, WRALSportsFan.com reserves its right in its discretion to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process, and/or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes/game. WRALSportsFan.com and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees (i) assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alternation of, entries: (ii) are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of any email to be received by WRALSportsFan.com, on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes/game. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate and fair operation of the Contest will disqualify the contestant responsible and is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the full extent permitted by law.

8.Winner Announcement. For the name of the winners, available by the end of each month, send an email requesting the winner's name to entertainment@wral.com.
